15th March

Dear Parents and Carers

Red Nose Day - Friday 15th March 2019

This year we will be supporting Red Nose Day in school with a theme of Fairtrade, to encourage the children how we can all make a difference and challenge poverty by making small changes in our own lifestyles.

For a donation of just £1 the children and staff are invited to wear something red, dress in all red, wear red accessories, or even use face paints, but it must be red!

Morning activities will be more structured with opportunities for the children to take part in Fairtrade themed competitions with entries costing 20p each.

In the afternoon there will be ‘silly challenges’ in the classrooms.  Each class will decide what their ‘silly challenge’ will be and a Sponsorship Form and a letter with more details will be sent home on Monday for the children to get parents, grandparents, friends and neighbours signed up to sponsor them.  The return of sponsorship forms and monies raised will be requested the following week.

All the money we raise will be going to Comic Relief so please support our Red Nose Day.

 Thank You

Miss Jeffries
